Great cocktail recipe courtesy of the Four Seasons Resorts Lanai! The Heat Cocktail:
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Patron Silver Tequila
.75 oz Mango Puree
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
Method:
Add lime, simple, puree and tequila to mixing glass with ice. Shake and strain over ice into pre-rimmed bucket
Garnish:
Cayenne Salt of half of glass and Dehydrated Mango slice and Lime Wheel
